I decided in jan.o8 that enough was enough .I was tired of
being overweight.I joined a national weight lost contest that lasted 12 weeks.I lost 33 of the total 54# lost in 08.
I have managed to keep the weight off.I changed my whole eating lifestyle.I ate more healthy and nutritious,and special k was a healthy breakfast and snack option that I used sometimes.I incorporated exercise into my program
and have kept up with the program.I keep myself motivated by a weightloss journal that I made during my journey.I put a before pic on the front and this keeps me motivated.I logged my weight , measurements,my thoughts,and my exercise,as well as my goals.The biggest thing is to stay focused and if you get off track
tomorrow is another day,just refocus.In time with consistency you will begin to lose.I feel so much better.
losing the weight has given me a new outlook on life..
